At 13:25 on Monday, February 8th, Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team were tasked by An Garda Síochána by request from Dublin Fire Brigade to assist with an injuried 11 year old female, who had been out walking with her Mother. The patient was packaged and transferred to a stretcher capable Mountain Rescue Landrover. She was then transported up to the roadside and transferred to a waiting Dublin Fire Brigade ambulance.
The incident was stood down at 14:39hrs.
Duration of incident: 1 hour, 14 minutes.
