Callout 98 – 1st November 2021 – Glencullen.

At 18:33hrs, Dublin / Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue were tasked by An Garda Síochána for a female hill runner who got lost.

Please remember when going out for a run or hike that you are properly equipped for the activity that you plan on doing. Basic equipment like a map, torch and checking that your phone is fully charged should be top of your check list.

Team was stood down at 19:20hrs

Duration of incident: 47 minutes.
