At 14:19hrs both DWMRT and GOI Mountain Rescue teams were tasked by the National Ambulance Service (NAS) to a male who had fallen from his bike on Lugnaquilla. NAS also tasked the Irish Coast Guard helicoppter. No further assistance from Mountain Rescue personnel was required so both teams remained ready to deploy incase they were needed.
Both teams were stood down at 15:39hrs.
Duration of incident: 1 hour, 20 minutes.
