On Saturday, 24th of April at 15:49hrshrs. Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team were tasked to Bray head by the National Ambulance Service for a 75 year old male who was out walking and had taken a considerable fall while descending the popular route.
Wicklow Rapid Response were also in the area at the time and had a doctor on scene very quickly. The gentleman was treated for soft tissue injuries and then transferred by stretcher to an awaiting mountain rescue landrover and then to the National Ambulance Service.
The incident was stood down at 17.45hrs.
