At 15:26hrs, Dublin / Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue were tasked by the National Ambulance Service to a report a male in his 50’s who required assistance due to a medical emergency. A team of personnel made their way in a response vehicle to the casualty site. The patient was stabilized by the NAS crew on-scene, then transferred to hospital by ambulance.
Team was stood down at 16:21hrs.
Duration of incident: 55 minutes.
