At 11.49hrs on Sunday, January 3rd, Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team were tasked by the National Ambulance Service. The teams responded to a female walker with a lower leg injury on the Sugarloaf.
The patient was carried to an MR vehicle and then transported to a waiting ambulance.
The incident was stood down at 13.30hrs.
Duration of incident: 1 hour, 44 minutes.
