Callout 57: Spink , Glendalough

Mountain Rescue were tasked by the ambulance service for a gentleman suffering chest pain on the Spink in Glendalough. Members of the Dublin/Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and the Glen of Imaal Red CRoss Mountain Rescue Team responded to the incident. The patient was treated on scene by mountain rescue medics and paramedics from the ambulance services before being packaged into a mountain rescue stretcher and lowered to a track to an awaiting HSE ambulance.
