Greystones St Patrick's Day Parade

As part of the community spirit, the team will be taking part in this year’s Greystones St Patrick’s Day Parade. The Parade starts at 12 O Clock at the Park & ride Car park on the main Street, & commences to the South Beach, onto church Road & to the old Cinema. If you are in the area why not say hello to the team members and ask for a tour of our vehicles. Happy St Paddy’s Day from the DWMRT

Grafton Street Collection

The team held a flag day at the top of Grafton Street on Saturday 13th March, We would like to thank all those who gave so generously to help provide much needed funds for lifesaving equipment. The team raised approx. €4600.00. A big thanks to all the helpers, especially Clara & Katherina for keeping the morale of the collectors up.....

Team Training - Friday 12th March

The team conducted a training session on Friday night base at the old lead mines below the Wicklow Gap. The training contained different trauma medical scenarios for the members to practice their newly acquired medical skills after completing a “Rescue First Responder” course the month previous. After a number of different scenarios, the team them conducted a technical rescue scenario on steep ground, with a carryout of the exercise casualty back to rescue base at the car park.
