Heartsaver AED CPR courseThe team ran a very successful Irish Heart Foundation (IHF) Heartsaver AED/CPR course for new team members, members of local sports clubs and the GAA in Roundwood Parish Hall. Instructors form the local Cardiac First Responder groups in Wicklow assisted with the training. We are very fortunate to have 6 team members who are registered Irish Heart Foundation Instructors and who teach first aid and CPR on a professional basis. Regional Joint Training ExerciseOn Saturday 24th October 3 Mountain Rescue Teams came together to conduct a regional exercise in the Glen of Imaal. The three teams involved in the exercise where the South Eastern Mountain Rescue Association (SEMRA), Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue team (GOIMRT) and ourselves Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team (DWMRT).
