Team Training - Friday 12th March

The team conducted a training session on Friday night base at the old lead mines below the Wicklow Gap. The training contained different trauma medical scenarios for the members to practice their newly acquired medical skills after completing a “Rescue First Responder” course the month previous. After a number of different scenarios, the team them conducted a technical rescue scenario on steep ground, with a carryout of the exercise casualty back to rescue base at the car park.
