Operations Management Course

Four team members, took part in a Irish Mountain Rescue Association organised course in "Operations Management". the cousre The course is designed to support the development of those involved in the operational leadership of teams through practical scenarios underpinned by clear strategies, approaches and models which can be applied in the real world of SAR operations. The scenarios will be based on previous MR Incidents from across the country and we will have contributors from a range of Irish Emergency Services. The course covers a range of SAR scenarios including search management, rescue co-ordination and multi-agency incidents.
