23.10.2011 Callout 53: MullaghcleevaunThe incident involved an experienced group from a Dublin based hiking club. The 11 people in the group had started their walk from the car park above Glenmacnass waterfall at 11am that morning. 16.10.2011 Callout 51: Bray Head, Co Wicklow.At approximately 19.45hrs the team were alerted by An Garda Siochana for a lady and 2 children who had become disorientated and could not find their way on Bray Head, Co Wicklow. As team members were responding, we received a call from the Gardai to say the lady had found a track and had made her way to her car where they had met up with her and confirmed all 3 were safely down. |

07.10.2011 Callout 50: Spink, Glendalough, Co WicklowAt approximately 13.30hrs mountain rescue was tasked by An Garda Siochana for a female with a lower leg injury on the Spink in Glendalough. Members of the Dublin/Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team responded. Mountain Rescue medics on scene treated the casualty, packaged her onto a stretcher and carried her safely off the mountain to an awaiting HSE ambulance. |

29.09.2011 Callout: 49 Bray HeadAt approximately 16:00hrs mountain rescue was tasked by the Ambulance Servies through Garda Command and Control to assist with a casualty who had sustained a lower leg injury near the summit of Bray Head. An advanced paramedic from the ambulance services was on scene treating the 19 year old female.
