10.04.2010 Glenmacnass WaterfallThe team received a call from the Gardai in relation to a missing female in the Glenmacnass Waterfall area. As the team was coordinating a response, the lady turned up safe and well without further assistance. |

08.04.2010 Glenmacnass WaterfallA 19 year old female suffered a lower leg injury near the top of the Glenmacnass Waterfall at approx. 2.30pm. The ambulance service was called but was unable to evacuate her safely. The waterfall is a popular tourist view point on the road from Laragh to the Sally Gap. Mountain Rescue was alerted and attended the scene, whereupon a technical rope system was set up. The youth was secured onto the crag stretcher and brought back up... |

31.03.2010 Sally GapThe Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team for the second time today Wednesday 31st March, where contacted by the Garda in relation to a group of 6 Italian tourist who were travelling in a mini-van from Enniskerry to Glendalough via the Military Road, the tourist became stuck in snow close to the Sally Gap. The team mobilised our 4x4 vehicle along with the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Teams 4x4 vehicle to assist the tourists... |

31.03.2010 Sally GapThe team received a call from the Gardai in relation to a motorist who had become stuck in deep snow on the road close to Sally Gap. The team was put on stand-by. The motorist was able to self rescue themselves with the help of another passing motorist. The team was stood down. |
