07.01.2011 Art O'Neill WalkThe Team were requested to support a walking challenge "The Art O'Neill Challenge" which was taking place over 2 days, the 6th & 7th January 2011. The walk commenced from Dublin Castle and finished in the Baravore Car Park in Glenmalure, Co Wicklow. Over 300 people took part in the event. |

16.01.2011 LugnaquillaThe Dublin / Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team were requested by the Gardai to a male walker who had slipped whilst descending the summit rock band on Lugnaquilla Mountain. The day started as a very clear and beautiful day, but later on deteriorated, and by the time they reached the summit plateau, the cloud had enveloped them.
