While participating in the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme they became disoriented near the summit of Lugnaquillia. 26.06.2010 CorrigasleggaunAt approx 13.50hrs, on the way to Lugnaquillia (Leinster’s highest peak), a hillwalker suffered a lower leg injury on Corrigasleggaun (780m). His group attempted to evacuate him themselves but found that they were unable and called in Mountain Rescue.
